This patented formable mouth tray is moulded to the teeth by heating it in warm water. Then place it in the mouth and use your fingers to make an exact copy of your teeth. The bleaching gel is then applied to the tray which is placed over the teeth, and then the bleaching starts. A mouth tray is required for each row of teeth, one for the upper row and one for the lower.
DentaWorks Soft mouth trays are manufactured in a special crystal-clear plastic that make them softer and more comfortable to wear than regular mouth trays. They can be remoulded for a perfect fit if it is required.

Usage
1. Mould the trays to the shape of your mouth by dipping it in warm water for 5-10 seconds so it softens and becomes mouldable. This is only done once per mouth tray.
2. Brush the teeth. Apply a small drop of tooth whitening gel into the moulded mouth tray for each tooth you want to bleach. Place the tray over the teeth for 30-120 minutes per day until you have attained the desired bleaching results (you do not need to bleach every day). NOTE: Do not bleach the teeth while you are sleeping.
